Cooking Procedure/Ingredients: For Pansit Miki Guisado Recipe

Hello! Guys Im jaime boyboy again,  I would like to introduce new '' Pansit Miki Guisado''.

Pansit Miki are fresh thick egg noodles. These noodles are thicker than the egg noodles used in beef mami, and a little thinner compared to Lomi noodles.

Pansit Miki Guisado is a stir-fry noodle dish. Similar to pancit canton, this dish can be cooked with an array of ingredients such as pork, chicken, seafood, and vegetables.

This Stir-fry noodle recipe makes use of inihaw na liempo (grilled pork belly) to add a delicious smokey flavor. The chicken and seasonings also help to make this dish taste great.
I love stir-fry noodles. This Pansit Miki recipe is no exception. Its wonderful taste and texture made me ask for more.

Cooking Procedure/Ingredients: For Bacon and Spinach Quiche Recipe

Hello! Guys Im jaime boyboy again,  I would like to introduce new '' Bacon and Spinach Quiche ''.

Bacon and Spinach Quiche is a baked dish made of eggs, heavy cream, and cheese (with bacon and spinach) in a pastry crust.

It looks like a deep dish pizza, doesn’t it? Although quiche is a type of pie that visually resembles a pizza, it is far from being one. Sure — It can accommodate different ingredients similar to pizza, but the presence of egg makes it different. In fact, quiche is considered to be more of an egg dish.
There is no particular time to eat a slice of bacon and spinach quiche. It can be eaten anytime of the day — be it for breakfast, lunch, snack, or dinner. I like to have a slice during the morning along with a glass of cold orange juice.
Have you tried making quiche lately? What type of quiche did you make?

Bacon and Spinach Quiche Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pastry dough for a single crust pie (arranged in a pie plate)
6 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 to 2 cups spinach, chopped
10 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Cooking procedure:

1. Combine beaten eggs, heavy whipping cream, salt, and ground pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well and set aside.
2. Alternately arrange spinach, bacon, and cheese in the pastry dough.
3. Pour the egg and whipping cream mixture on the pastry dough (over the spinach, bacon, and cheese).
4. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
5. Put the pastry dough in the oven. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven, and then slice.

Cooking Procedure/Ingredients: For Fried Pork Chops Recipe

Hello! Guys Im jaime boyboy again,  I would like to introduce new '' Fried Pork Chops ''.

We all know how easy it is to make Fried Pork Chops, but do you know that there are many ways to make one?

My favorite Pork Chop Recipe is Breaded Pork Chops. The meat is coated with breading such as bread crumbs or all-purpose flour. This produces a nice tasting dish that is crisp on the outside while tender inside.
A simpler way to make Fried Pork Chops is to get regularly sliced pork, rub some salt, and fry it until both sides are cooked. This is the easiest and quickest to prepare, but the pork usually dries-out during the process. The meat also becomes tougher.

Another way is to cook the pork using this recipe. Don’t worry, we won’t be using fancy ingredients; all you need to have are thick slices of pork chops and some simple seasonings.

This recipe will produce tender and juicier pork chops with the same good taste. The secret lies on the slice of meat. The thicker the cut, the juicier the meat becomes – as long as they are cooked correctly.

Fried Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients:

4 thick slices of pork chops
2 teaspoons iodized or sea salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder
6 tablespoons cooking oil

Cooking Procedure:

-Combine salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. Mix well.
-Rub the mixture on all the sides of the pork chops. Make sure to distribute evenly. Let stand for 1 hour.
-Heat a frying pan and pour-in cooking oil.
-When the oil becomes hot, put in the pork chops and adjust the heat to low.
-Fry each side for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not overcook.
-Transfer to a serving plate and serve. Share and enjoy!

Cooking Procedure/Ingredients: For Kalderetang Kambing Recipe

Hello! Guys Im jaime boyboy again,  I would like to introduce new '' Kalderetang Kambing ''.

Kalderetang Kambing is goat meat stewed in tomato sauce. The adult goat meat, Chevon, is commonly used for this dish. The meat is sautéed with garlic, onions, and tomatoes then stewed in tomato sauce until it becomes tender.
Preparing goat meat requires some extra procedures compared to beef or pork. Since goat meat is gamey, a common practice to eliminate the odor and gamey flavor is to marinate it in vinegar, salt, and ground black pepper mixture for an hour or two before cooking.

Compared to the other Kaldereta dishes (sometimes spelled as Caldereta), Kalderetang Kambing is considered more special. It is commonly served in special occasions such as town fiestas and birthday parties (usually for grown-ups). It also goes well as an appetizer (pulutan) and is best when beer is around.

Kalderetang Kambing Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb goat meat (chevon), cubed
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 piece medium-sized onion, minced
3 pieces medium sized tomatoes, diced
1/2  teaspoon crushed chili or fresh Thai chili (optional)
1 cup tomato sauce
3/4 cup bell pepper, sliced
6 tablespoon liver spread
3/4 cup Spanish green olives (optional)
1/2 cup vinegar
1 piece large carrot, cubed
1 piece medium-sized potato, cubed
3 tablespoons cooking oil
2 cups water

salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Procedure:

1. Combine the vinegar, salt, and ground black pepper in a large bowl then marinate the goat meat for at least an hour (This should eliminate the gamey smell and taste of the meat) then separate the meat from the marinade.
2. Pour the cooking oil in a cooking pot or casserole and apply heat.
3. Sauté the garlic, onion, and tomatoes
4. Add the marinated goat meat then cook until the color of the outer part turns light brown
5. Put-in the tomato sauce and crushed chili then allow to cook for 2 minutes
6. Add the water and allow to boil. Simmer for at least 45 minutes or until the meat is tender.
7. Add the liver spread and cook for 5 minutes (You may add water if the sauce seems to dry up)
8. Put-in the potatoes and carrots then simmer for 8 minutes.
9. Add the olives and bell pepper then simmer for another 5 minutes.
10. Add salt and pepper to taste.
-Serve hot. Share and enjoy!

Cooking Procedure/Ingredients: For Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce Recipe

Hello! Guys Im jaime boyboy again,  I would like to introduce new '' Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce  ''.

Chicken Satay is a chicken dish made by marinating the meat in seasonings and spices. The chicken is then threaded in bamboo skewers and grilled until cooked.

This dish is popular in South East Asia. In the Philippines, provinces in the Southern regions have different versions of this dish.
Making Chicken Satay is like preparing barbecue. The meat needs to be marinated at least overnight so that it will absorb the flavor. It is then skewered in bamboo sticks (which we also call barbecue sticks) before grilling. It is recommended that you baste the chicken with left over marinade while grilling so that the meat will not be dry.

This recipe is really good, but the sauce makes it even better. The Peanut Sauce Recipe that we have below will guide you to make a nice tasting sauce for your chicken. This will definitely make your meal more enjoyable.
I like this recipe for its unique yet delicious flavor. I think that adding the peanut sauce makes this dish stand out. I enjoy having this with steamed rice.
Try this delicious recipe and let us know what you think.
